Tap the Settings icon

Step 2

Scroll down and press Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Step 3

Select the Account you want to configure.  You will now be able to see your current mail box configuration settings. 

Incoming Mail server

Lets first change the Incoming Mail Server settings.  These settings control your ability to receive email to your device.

Step 1

Change your Host Name to mail.livemail.co.uk.

Step 2

Select Advanced settings.

Step 3

You will need to:

• Enable Use SSL
• Change Authentication to Password
• Leave IMAP Path Prefix blank
• Change the Server Port to 993 if you are using IMAP or 995 if you are using POP.

Outgoing Mail Server

Step 1

If you are not using a mailbox, you can change the outgoing mail server by clicking SMTP. 

Step 2

Select your Primary server

Step 3

You will need to:

• Enable Use SSL
• Change Authentication to Password
• Ensure you are using Server Port 465
